Brad Aurila

Excelling not only on the baseball diamond, but also in the workforce, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MSG. After a professional career playing for the Montreal Expos, he went onto to work in the mortgage industry. In 2008, he founded BCHH, a National Title Insurance company based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Brad is a lifetime member of the Professional Ball Players of America. In 2004, he was inducted into the Edinboro Athletic Hall of Fame.

With over 20 years of legal practice, Steve has worn many hats, from serving as Pennsylvania's youngest district attorney to representing high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment industry. A trial attorney and corporate general counsel, Steve is a sports agent who has represented amateur, collegiate and professional athletes, and has served as general counsel to Boxing Hall of Famer Roy Jones, Jr.

Nate Perry is a basketball coach and program leader who prioritizes athlete development. He currently leads basketball operations at Modern Sports, overseeing strategic decisions and player growth. He is also the Co-Founder of Wildcat Select, where he has built and guided competitive youth basketball programs since 2017.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Ryan has successfully guided organizations through key transitions, from expansion phases to complex financial restructurings, delivering measurable results at every stage.

Austin McClinton

Austin brings a background in health, physical education, and coaching to his role as General Manager of Greentree Sportsplex — the Pittsburgh facility that serves as home base for Modern Sports Group athletes.

With a deep understanding of what athletes need to train, recover, and perform, Austin oversees day-to-day facility operations and ensures MSG clients have full access to everything Greentree has to offer — from turf fields and courts to recovery services, performance training, and fitness amenities.

His mission is simple: make sure every athlete who walks through these doors has the environment and resources to do their best work.
